Leading the activities of shift operation to meet production quality and quantity targets.
- Lead and manage Production Operation. Plan, direct, organize a team consist of Supervisor, Team Leader, Line Leader, and Operators to work towards achieving department KPI and success in implementing improvement initiatives
- Responsible to ensure compliance in cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) as per FDA regulations
- Responsible for the optimum operation to meet target timeline and on time delivery of Finished Products to customers.
- Responsible to optimize utilization of production capacity and ensure full compliance with quality systems, consumer, and customer excellence policy for CV Batam operation
- Liaison with other departments in Ciba Vision Batam on administration and operation related matters.
- Responsible and ensure full compliance with Information Security policy, Corporate Citizenship policy & Code of Conducts.
- Responsible and ensure full compliance with Health Safety, Environment standards, report immediately if observed any near miss or any injury / incident occurred.
- Accountable for HSE implementation and performance in respective departments.
- Providing leadership in respective area and responsible for other HSE activities that are assigned by Management
