Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with parents about student studies at EF and their progress
  • Send student updates to parents
  • Resolve problems, questions, and/or complaints from parents
  • Resell EF core courses to customers and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Follow up on the reasons for the refund
  • Reactivate students who have dropped out
  • Reply to e-mails and answer phones on time
  • Build trusting relationships with students and parents

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree
  • Good English language skills
  • Good attitude
  • Have time management skills
  • Strong salespeople, able to quickly understand company products and knowledge
  • Find and provide solutions to customer problems.
