About the roleAs our Admin staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the education center and be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing customer-facing support to both existing and prospective students.
Handle student registrations, maintain records, manage schedules, and oversee the daily administrative operations of the branch.
- Liaise with HO team to align on learning standards and operational procedures
May help with classroom management (attendance, teacher support, etc).- Serve as a secondary point of contact for parents and students, providing information about programs, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
Follow up on inquiries, and help convert prospective students into enrollments.
- Support the branch with marketing efforts/community events.
Bachelors degree in any field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google workspace.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy.- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia.
