Maintain internal company procedures to ensure that all employee is kept up to date regarding any modifications to existing policies, SOPs, tax regulations, applicable laws, government regulations and industry standards
Identify shortfalls in and/or potential improvements to policies and SOPs; assess the effectiveness of current policies and SOPs and recommend and implement required changes
Coordinate with Project Manager & Project Team to prepare the Construction Budget
Prepare and present Report Budget vs Actual at weekly/biweekly budget meetings
Actively coordinate with Project Team and Project Development Advisor to Ensure Value engineering is conducted and Monitor and control actual spending is within the budget
Escalate major finding or issue to Compliance Leader
Inform and/or updates executives, the peers and subordinates with relevant information in a timely manner
Leverages technology and effectively use information systems and tools to generate reports and provide management with analytical support to drive decision-making
Assist Compliance Leader in interacting, cooperating, and maintaining relationships with all members of the organization to gather feedback and ensure client/customer satisfactions
Requirements
4-year bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting / Finance
Maximum 28 years old and based in Bali
Proficient in English and Bahasa (written and oral)
Basic knowledge of taxation and accounting
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated to grow and expand capabilities in self and others
Appreciation for working with multi-cultural workforces of varying levels of education
