Job Title: Project Assistant

Full Time Full-time (40 hours per week)
PT iDataset Technology International is seeking highly motivated candidates to join our Data Operation teams. In this role, you will collaborate with the annotation team to label audio, voice, and image data for a large-scale language model. We are currently hiring Indonesian native speakers. This position is suitable for candidates who have a passion for language analysis on both practical and theoretical levels, as well as a keen interest in the rapidly evolving Artificial Intelligence industry.
- Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Assist the data collection team and prepare paperwork and data delivery.
- Verify the accuracy of data before filing.
- Execute duties delegated by supervisors.
- Assist the operation team lead in preparing project instructions and guidelines to ensure project success.
- Implement and evaluate team performance metrics.
- Update and maintain company documentation and databases.
- Manage administrative functions to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Qualifications and Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in English, Art and Communication, or Marketing.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and fluent in Photoshop, and Illustrator;
- Ability to transcribe information accurately.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment and work effectively under pressure.
- Self-motivated learner and initiator, with the ability to support multiple work streams, meet deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, particularly in ART AI.
- Proficiency in computer skills with Microsoft Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: From Rp450,000,000 per month
