Project Coordinator
Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
Track project progress, identify gaps or issues, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, specifications, contracts, and reports.
Assist in sourcing and evaluating contractors and vendors for project needs.
Coordinate procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of project materials and services.
Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations, permits, and safety standards.
Assist in conducting project site inspections and quality control checks.
Support the resolution of any project-related issues or disputes.
Assist in project closeout activities, including documentation and handover.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role, preferably in the facilities or construction industry.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and interpret project data.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
