Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in project delivery and enterprise system implementation, preferably in ERP, CRM, or digital solutions for real estate and construction industries. Previous experience working in global consultancy firms such as Accenture or IBM is highly preferred. Experience working in the Indonesian market is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong enterprise system implementation and consultation skills. Excellent leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing projects from conception to completion. Ability to work independently and take ownership of client relationships and project outcomes. Strong problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude, adaptable to new business environments.
Industry Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the real estate and construction industries, with an understanding of digital transformation trends in these sectors. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions for real estate operations and management.
Language Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
Location:
Based in Jakarta, with the ability to travel as required to client sites.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) are advantageous.
