RESPONSIBILITIES :- Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
Perform structural design and responsible for leading the project team to ensure on-time project delivery and ensure the quality of completed works.- Good interpersonal and communication skills with leadership qualities to lead the entire project team.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Willing to work at irregular hours when necessary.
Oversee and monitor the projects operations, cost management, and project manpower planning.- Liaise with the Sales team on issues relating to the project.
Provide technical advice on construction and operation issues.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (E&E, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical), Architecture or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCAD, Solidworks.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu.- Applicants must be willing to travel interstate or overseas for the position of Project Engineer.
Preferably Junior Executives (at least 2 years of experience) specializing in M&E, Architecture, Engineering Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent.
