About the Role

We're on the lookout for a seasoned PMO with a sharp business sense to be a key player in our dynamic projects: Payment Service Provider business and license submission. As a PMO, you'll be at the helm of our payment technology and license submission purposes, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and delivery. Collaborating closely with the CEO and our teams, you'll guarantee projects are on time and uphold top-notch quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals: Payment Service Provider license submission and its supporting features.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and requirements.
  • Monitor project progress as a first priority and implement changes as necessary.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project status.
  • Perform other role-related tasks as required to achieve company goals.

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or any related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a PMO or in a similar role.
  • Sound knowledge of agile project management.
  • Proficiency in project management software and methodologies.
  • Background in Banking, Financial Services, Payment, or Technology industries is a plus.
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in the Payment Service Provider (PJP) Bank Indonesia license submission process is a plus.
