Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Program Management Office Manager at GorryWell in Jakarta. As the Program Management Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our project delivery across B2B clients. This includes managing business project portfolio management, manpower/ resource management, client-facing activities (non-sales), project/ activity implementation throughout the project phase, regular reporting to clients, and overall project management.

• Program Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Project Management skills
• Experience in client-facing activities, data reporting, business process improvement
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the consulting, healthcare or technology industry is a plus
