About the role
Project Management Sales Operations will work together with our internal and external commercial team (admins, head of sales, sales team) in brokerage, to evaluate, calculate metrics (Achievement, commission & revenue) and build sales trackers/dashboard, by collaborating with related sales stakeholders and gathering relevant data for analysis
Prudence in project management, tracking sales, revenue and KPIs is vital to the growth and success of project management sales operations. You will be exposed to deeper understanding about the business products and processes and aim to assist in creating automated processes to solve problems and increase productivity.
What You Will Do
Understand Sales Processes: Gain a deep understanding of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to transaction completion, and translate these insights into product-driven requirements for building sales dashboards and platforms.
Build and Optimize Sales Trackers: Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and sales trackers to monitor key performance metrics (revenue, commissions, achievements), ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Analyze Sales Performance: Regularly assess sales data, transaction trends, and team performance, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to boost sales productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the commercial team (admins, head of sales, and sales team) to gather necessary data, align on performance goals, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure Data Integrity and Accuracy: Monitor data consistency and quality, ensuring reliable metrics for decision-making and timely submission to senior leadership and other departments.
Drive Business Growth Initiatives: Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by providing insights on sales trends and contributing to long-term planning, ultimately driving the success of the Project Management Sales Operations team.
What You Will Need
Bachelor degree from a reputable university in management, business, data/ IT fields
Problem solving, analytical & project management skills.
Intermediate level of using Google Spreadsheet/Excel.
English as the working language.
Fluent in communication and interpersonal skills.
Have real-estate industry & IT knowledge & experience would be a plus point
