Qualifications :- A Professional with a Bachelor Degree background in related field
At least 5 years of experience is required for this position- International experience is a must
Based in Bali, able to join immediately
Strong leadership skills- A solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes
Experienced in coaching, managing and educating project teams to strengthen team members capabilities and skill sets
- Ability to monitor and control project budgets
Capability to make decisions under pressure
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation- Make sure that the project runs smoothly and stays on schedule and update the progress of the project regularly to the Director.
Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other parties included in the construction project
Maintaining good communication and relationship with the clients- Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects
- Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts to Director
Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks- Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
Supervise the work of all the laborers and provide them with guidance
- Hire and allocate responsibilities to contractors, laborers, and other staff
Evaluate the construction project progress and prepare reports
