The Project Manager - Construction (Hospitality) is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of hospitality construction projects, from initiation to completion. This role involves planning, coordinating, and directing resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, contractors, and design teams to deliver successful outcomes aligned with the client's vision.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction, ideally in the hospitality sector (especially resort projects).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction management tools (e.g., Procore, AutoCAD).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
Knowledge of sustainability practices and LEED standards in construction.
Familiarity with cost estimation, procurement processes, and contract management.
