Job Description Summary
This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the project(s) to Clients on behalf of C&W. He/she will be assigned to the project(s), working alongside the Clients team and report to Project Manager in the respective project(s).
Job Description
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the team leader(s) to manage the C&W project(s) and project(s) staff on-site.
Support the team to do the site evaluations/review of space layouts/drawings.
Procurement coordination for project(s) furniture/fixtures/equipment.
Interface with architects, consultants, client(s) staff, property managers and vendors.
Coordinate activities of sub-contractors and other third-party vendor resources.
Plan for and the coordination of the relocation of technical functions.
Respond to client(s) special requests and post-move relocation concerns where required.
General support as an Owner or Tenants representative for a corporate client.

Knowledge of project management and best practices and proven experience in project procedure, project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling and quality control
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, work to deadlines, prioritize and juggle between tasks, solve problems, and work effectively under pressure.
Commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.
Demonstrate flexibility and ability to deliver and a strong individual contributor and team player with a can do attitude.
Effective analytical techniques, strong listening and presentation skills.
Ability to deliver information to a diverse audience in a concise and thorough manner.
Excellent Communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build & maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Autocad, Power Point and Word or other application.
Ability to produce high quality documentation (reports, specifications, requirements, etc.)
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering or related disciplines areas preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experiences in Project Management.
Extensive exposure to Project Management operations in Jakarta and through project assignments.
Work location in Jakarta with the visits to some area depend on project assignments.
