Job Description

  • Identifying user requirements and writing technical specifications
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal resources
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements

Requirements


  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science/information systems
  • Min 5 years of experience as a Project manager or a similar role
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning), especially in the distributor company
  • Solid technical background (ie. SOL, Object Oriented Programming ) - Proven working experience as a project leader in HRIS software development
  • Understanding the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to conduct problem-solving, especially in technical fields
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
