Job Description

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end project management for major events, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics, finance, etc.) to align event objectives and strategies.
Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth, high-quality event operations.
Manage and safeguard company assets related to event production, ensuring proper handling, tracking, and maintenance.
Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
Identify and manage risks proactively to ensure seamless event execution.

Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in large-scale event management.
Proven ability to coordinate across internal teams and manage relationships with external stakeholders.
Experience handling company assets and ensuring proper use and maintenance within event production.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.
A proactive, solution-oriented team player.
