The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning, Project Execution and Monitoring
- Defining project goals, objectives scope, comprehensive project plan, timeline, resources requirements, deliverables, identifying and resolving issues if arise during the project.
- Delivers the expected outcomes and satisfies LoB/Support unit requirements.
- Quality assurance, Documentation, and reporting
- Ensuring the project deliverables meet good quality and conduct regular reviews to identify and address if any issues, maintain project documentation, progress reports and conduct regular updates and report to LoB/Support Unit on Project status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
- Have at min. 2 years experience as a Project Manager, digital project
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions & waterfall methodology
- Excellent people and project management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Having experience regarding budgeting and financial management
- Having experience regarding vendor management
- Having technical knowledge preferred
