RESPOSIBILITIES:
- To implement and manage the project as defined in the respective construction contract documents.
Responsible to initiate Project QESH Plan and to ensure its effectiveness in its implementation and maintaining throughout the whole project.- Co-ordinate and liaise with consultants, government authorities and clients representatives.
Prepare site organizational plan and submit for approval on the overall project plan.
- Monitoring works progress, quality control, environmental safety and health controls against master works programme.
Prepare and submit any Extension of Time, Loss and Expenses, Variation Order etc. in accordance to the contract terms and conditions, and appropriate procedures.- Attend site co-ordination meeting and prepare site progress report.
Arrange with sub-contractor for site visit, elaborate the quality expected and the relevant schedule.
- Issue instructions to site foreman / sub-contractors on work matters.
Ensure compliance to the ESH operational control at the project- Co-ordinate site activities / technical matters with authorized consultants, specialists and Clients representatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 to 6 year(s) of working experience and knowledgeable in Road Construction.
- Able to work independently, good interpersonal skills, and good discipline.
