We are seeking an experienced Project Manager
who will oversee our onsite and offsite projects.
- Who is the perfect candidate to fill this position
Extensive project management experience.- Background in architecture, construction, and MEP engineering desired.
Strong in managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experienced in coordinating with departments, contractors, and vendors.
Detail-oriented with strong priority management.- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to communicate in both English and Indonesian.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
- For this role, your main responsibilities are as follows:
Develop detailed project plans with scope and timelines.
- Identify risks and create mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with other departments, contractors, or vendors.- Monitor progress and adjust for timely completion.
Present status reports to senior management and clients.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
Conduct post-project evaluations to guide future projects.
Above average salary, negotiable based on experience.- BPJS, paid sick leave, and up to 12 annual leave days.
