We are searching for an experienced Project Manager
who will oversee our onsite projects as well as our consultation department.
- Who is the perfect candidate to fill this position
Ability to communicate in both English and Indonesian.- Ideally 3-5 years experience in project management.
Previous experience managing a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in giving feedback/constructive criticism.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities is paramount in this role.- Those with backgrounds in architecture, engineering, and or sales are highly advantageous.
You must be based in Bali/willing to relocate.
- For this role, your main responsibilities are as follows:
Onsite project planning and management.
- Lead our consultation team in delivering client proposals on time.
Allocation of tasks and providing feedback and guidance to team members.- Review, analyze, and critique work on client proposals, ensuring alignment with the client's requirements.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the proposed wellness equipment aligns with the client's requirements.
- Provide feedback to the management team for ongoing efforts to improve departmental performance.
Above average salary, negotiable based on experience.
