Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Experiences in Project Estimation/Budget/RAB for project Oil & Gas Industrial Pipeline Maintenance, Geothermal, Petrochemical and Power Plant.
Able to read engineering drawings & Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office programs
Able working with deadlines and customer requirements
Familiar with TKDN (Local Content Component)
Understand tender documents (Scope Of Work) such as specifications, drawings, BoQ& Etc.
Make an analysis of the unit price of work
Prepare complete Proposal Commercial documents required in the tender process
Create an archive of unit price offers from Sub-Cont and suppliers
Participate in pre-tender meetings, tender reviews, aanwijzing, clarification meetings and negotiations
Clarifying the contents of quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that they comply with tender requirements
