- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years minimum) as a Project Manager in an advertising / brand activation/ event
management/digital / PR agency or a similar role, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous experience working with Below the line, Brand Activation agency, FMCG, and Automotive brands for at
least 3 years.
- Extensive network of clients, vendors, and external partners.
- Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of creative brief from client, brand activation agency business processes, including
creative development to create pitching deck, event management ,media production, creative planning, and
campaign execution.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with
stakeholders, clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions
