Job Description

As a Project Planner at Lufter, you will be responsible for ensuring that our construction projects are meticulously planned, scheduled, and executed. Your role is crucial in coordinating all aspects of the project, from inception to completion, ensuring that timelines are met, and resources are efficiently utilized.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project schedules and plans, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure that all resources are available when needed.
  • Analyze project data and prepare reports for senior management.
Assist in contract management and ensure compliance with all project-related agreements.
  • Support in the preparation of project budgets and monitor expenditures.
  • Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project planning within the construction industry, preferably in cleanroom or specialized environments.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,
  • 00 - RM8,000.00 per month
