Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales Manager to lead our client's sales team. This key role will drive the company's expansion, manage project sales teams, ensure successful project execution, control expenses, and foster team development, all while working toward the achievement of budget and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the project sales team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to meet sales goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project execution, ensuring the seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Exercise vigilant control over direct expenses to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Champion the professional development of team members through coaching, training, and mentorship.
  • Contribute to the company's overall strategy by driving growth and profitability in the industrial and building automation segments.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and partnerships in these segments.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, with a strong background in industrial and building automation.
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • In-depth understanding of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • A network or connections within the mining, oil & gas, and governmental sectors would be advantageous.
  • Exceptional team management and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in technology, CRM systems, and project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
