About the role:

We are seeking a Property Analyst with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and preferably a deep understanding of Bali's real estate market. The Property Analyst will play a critical role in evaluating potential investment properties, monitoring market trends, and providing data-driven insights that will guide our investment decisions. This position is based in Bali and offers the unique opportunity to work closely with our acquisition and management teams to build a high-performance property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the Bali property market, focusing on villas and residential properties.
• Property Valuation: Assess property values through comparative market analysis, understanding of local trends, and financial modelling.
• Investment Assessment: Provide detailed investment analysis, including projected yields, cap rates, and potential risks.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on findings, trends, and recommendations for investment opportunities.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Track the performance of current properties in our portfolio and provide insights to maximize returns.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Open to fresh graduates and candidates with experience in property analysis, real estate, or investment analysis. Strong preference for familiarity with Bali's real estate market.
• Skills: Proficient in property valuation, market research, and financial analysis. Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Technical Tools: Familiarity with Excel and property analysis or market research databases.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly and compellingly.
• Self-motivated: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Local Knowledge: Understanding Bali's property market is preferred but not essential.
• Eligibility: Open to Indonesian nationals only.
