About the challenge
Do you enjoy building new relationships and connecting with the business Are you an analytical thinker who can turn on a charm to influence people We are looking for an experienced Property Developer Project Sales to manage tasks related to end-to-end project management including research, preparation, negotiation, and execution of projects itself. This role is mainly based in Jakarta, but is not limited to and may require travel to the surrounding Jabodetabek area.
What a day at work for you will look like;
You will ensure each client's project achieve its target
You will be the pivot connecting developers and internal stakeholders of Lamudi. You will be the core representative of Lamudi to the developer along with the Project Acquisition team.
You would be handling sales and day-to-day operation of the project and highly involved from the pre-launch stage until the completion of the partnership with the developer.
You will be responsible in achieving sales targets by being a crucial deal closer, training the sales team from the get-go, managing the marketing gallery and show unit, handling customer excellence, providing sales reports, as well as ideate & implement improvement initiatives to increase desired speed of sales.
You will be in charge of the project, be an owner and focus on delivering expected targets and support all sales end to end processes by coordinating internally and externally.

Minimum of 3 years leadership experience.
Have your own transportation for travel around Jabodetabek.
Have an excellent command of both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia & English.
All-rounder personality, well-groomed, adaptive to changes, fast-response, high-agility with a strong suit of communication to persuade, negotiate, and problem solving to various stakeholders.
Strong on both strategic & technical thinking supported by data analysis skill; able to interpret and present data clearly and understandably to various audiences.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (i.e. Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), especially using functions & formulas in Sheet/Excel such as pivot table, SUM,IF, COUNT, etc.
When given the what (end goal), able to figure out the how (all the tasks needed to make it happen) without too much guidance.
Sense of complete ownership and comfort with owning projects end to end.
Able to dive comfortably into most/any area of the business or product.
A can-do-it-all attitude is a must; to bring multi-tasking to mastery level.
Able to get things done by taking a solution-focused approach to all tasks. To do that, you must be a strong individual contributor but also expert as a team player.
