What you will do :

• Identifying potential locations for new outlet based on foot traffic, demographics, market competition, and visibility.
• Negotiating favorable lease terms for the business with landlords.
• Assesing property conditions and reporting data

What you need :

• Bachelor degree of any major with minimum GPA 3.00
• Have a negotiation, market research analysis, decision making, and communication skill
• Have an experience in F & B industries is a plus
• Have an experience as Property Supervisor or Expansion Location Spv
