What you will do :
- Identify potential locations for new outlets based on foot traffic, demographics, market competition, and visibility.
- Negotiate favorable lease terms for the business with landlords.
- Assessing property conditions and reporting data
We are looking for you who :
- Bachelor's degree in any major with a minimum GPA 3.00
- Have negotiation, market research analysis, decision-making, and communication skills
- Having experience in F&B industries is a plus
- Have an experience as Property Supervisor or Expansion Location Spv
