Responsibilities:1. Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests2. Track orders to ensure timely deliveries3. Prepare shipping documents (like delivery order, invoices, and bills of lading)4. Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery5. Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers6. Check and oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed7. Provide information to customers about the status of their ordersRequirement1. Male/Female and Muslim2. Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent 3. Minimum 2 Years work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role4. Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems5. Basic accounting knowledge6. Excellent organizational and time-management skills7. Good communication skills8. BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics or relevant field
