Job Description

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Singapore, APRW is one of Singapore's largest and oldest agency. APRW is IPREX's sole representative in Southeast Asia, and represents Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, The Philippines, Vietnam and Malaysia. IPREX is a global platform of communications agencies that delivers successful responses to communication challenges and solutions.

We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Administrative Assistant in Jakarta, Indonesia, to assist with various administrative duties. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, and be able to work independently. Proficiency in verbal communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

1. Administrative Excellence:

  • Handle correspondence and communication, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide support to the team with packing of Media Drops and Courier Delivery.
  • Coordinate with team members and the Manager/Assistant Manager/Director in charge to handle requests and queries, i.e. managing payment, and subscription.
  • Assist the team with material preparation and coordinate logistics (if required)
  • Assist with calendar invites etc requested to be set by the team.

2. Media Relations:

  • Assist team with media monitoring.
  • Assist with Clipping/Scanning and calculating Media Values.
  • Prepare reports on media outcomes.
  • Maintain and update Excel and other documents, so that it is well organized for the whole Team.

3. Event Coordination / Special Projects / Functions:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events.
  • Assist the team with material preparation.

4 Collaboration:

Collaborate with team members to accomplish organizational goals.

Provide support to other teams as needed.

5. When needed, provide general assistance.

6. Other Ad-hoc Administrative Tasks (hotels research, venues for client events, petty cash handling etc)

Requirements :

  • Living in Jakarta, Indonesia with full working rights.
  • 1-2 years of working experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, management, business or economy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
