Position Overview
The Public Relations and Professional Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing Tentang Anak's public relations strategy and developing professional marketing initiatives. This includes collaborating with healthcare professionals, particularly doctors, to promote and advise on Tentang Anak products and services through various marketing activities and educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Public Relations Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive public relations strategy that enhances Tentang Anak's reputation, visibility, and credibility in the market.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government, healthcare professional, health institution, media agency to ensure positive coverage and brand positioning.
- Coordinate events, press conferences, and interviews to promote company products, achievements, and initiatives.
Professional Marketing
- Work closely with healthcare professionals (especially doctors) to promote Tentang Anak's product offerings
- Organize and execute professional marketing activities such as workshops, seminars, and webinars for doctors, and healthcare professionals to promote product knowledge and brand awareness.
- Build long-term relationships with key healthcare professionals, including pediatricians, dermatologists, and nutritionists, to create advocates for our brand.
Marketing Campaigns
- Support the launch of new products by developing targeted PR and professional marketing activities that engage healthcare professionals and the public.
- Analyze the effectiveness of PR and professional marketing efforts and adjust strategies to optimize impact.
Brand Advocacy & Reputation Management
- Serve as a key spokesperson for the brand in media interactions, public appearances, and at industry events.
- Actively engage with the community, including parenting groups, healthcare professionals, and industry bodies, to advocate for Tentang Anak's products and services.
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations and professional marketing, preferably within the healthcare, consumer goods, or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of successfully executing PR campaigns and professional marketing programs targeting healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and the ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking abilities and the capacity to build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and healthcare professionals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable PR and marketing plans
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Medical or health-related background (e.g., degree in healthcare or life sciences) is a plus.
