Job Description

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preffered)
  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar rote within the hospitaly industry
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a familiarity with supply chain management soft ware (Sun System)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data criven decisions
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Certification in purchasing or supply chain management (e.g. CPSM) is a plus.
