Purchasing Specialist

• Selecting suppliers based on predetermined criteria.
• Creating purchase orders that outline the specific details of the purchase.
• Transmitting purchase orders to suppliers and confirming order receipt.
• Verifying supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods received, and facilitating payment.
• Streamlining the purchasing process to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Economics, or a similar discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement, procurement engineering, or purchasing, preferably within the Automotive Industry.
• Understanding of purchasing process including Import Process, Incoterms, Duty Import, Taxes, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, SAP, or other procurement software.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa & English both verbally and writing.
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang area.
