Responsibilities:
- Procurement of raw materials, packaging and business supplies in accordance with the specifications, quantity and quality requested in order to support the company's operations.
Finding the best quotation from suppliers.- Liaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to get the best price & high quality of stock purchases.
Monitoring product purchasing from order to delivery.
- Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure raw materials & packaging availability.
Generating purchase and COGS reports.- Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
- Maintaining and updating records of stock in and out from the warehouse.
Requirements:
- S1 Accountancy or related major from a reputable university.
Minimum 1-2 years experience in accounting or inventory system (especially in retail industry).- Well organized, attention to detail, ability to perform well under pressure, ability to work independently.
Have a strong initiative and able to work unsupervised.
- Problem solver with great analytical skill.
Doesn't mind to go the extra mile when needed.- Able to keep confidentiality.
Ability to multitask while delivering the job in a top quality level.
