Job Description

Automation Leadership

Develop and implement a comprehensive automation strategy for testing web and mobile applications.
Design, build, and maintain efficient and scalable automated test frameworks
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in automation testing
Team Management

Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Provide guidance on test automation best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and support professional development for team members

Oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.

Work closely with development, product management, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Communicate test progress, results, and potential risks to project stakeholders.
Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other agile ceremonies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in building and implementing test automation frameworks or at least 7 years of experience in professional testing
Strong expertise in using WebDriver and Appium for web and mobile application testing
Previous experience in leading and managing QA automation team
In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the development process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
