- 1 To improve and maintain all Quality Assurance procedures are strictly adhered
- 2 To ensure the manufacturing specification updated and implemented accordingly.
- 3 To liaise with suppliers where necessary (where impacting /affected by quality issues).
- 4 To ensure all laboratory equipments and tools are properly maintained.
- 5 To ensure all Incoming QC tests on raw materials, in Process Quality Control tests and outgoing QA inspection are well perform and control.
- 6 Create, review and maintain lab records and documentation in a proper filing Systems.
- 7 To look into all QC check points and interpret the data into more useful usage to counter quality issues effectively
- 8 To focus on SOP and product development for production
- 9 To ensure tighter control at the incoming quality control section for all materials by using higher AQL.
- 10 To reduce to ZERO % of major defects rejection by customers.
- 11 To tightened and update all documentation especially internal rejection of defective raw material and semi-finished goods.
- 12 To maintain the SIRIM product certification scheme requirement and prevent NCR during audits.
- 13 To reduce the timing requirement of all reports to 24hours.
- 14 To improve the housekeeping at quality assurance department.

- 1 To obey any reasonable instructions given by immediate superior.
- 2 To inform immediate superior and management of any complaints and issues which affect the Company.
- 3 To carry out other miscellaneous assignments given by the management from time to time.
- 4 To act as member of Safety team
