Position Introduction:
The role shall supervise, lead, plan, delegate and ensure QA activities are maintained at optimum level of efficiency and accuracy. To lead all activities associated with their quality control stream and ensure all such relevant activities comply with all SOP, GMP, GLP, EHS and regulatory requirements.
Responsiblities:
- Ensure QC teamwork in a compliant manner and in accordance with GMP, GLP and SOPs
- Lead by example to perform duties in a compliant manner and behave in accordance with GMP, GLP and SOPs
- Read and understand Standard Operation Procedures applicable to role
- Supervise instrument status and condition. Escalate issues to the QA Manager as appropriate
- Review and analyse of QA test report prior to distribution
- Liaison with internal departments for disposition of product in accordance with GMP and SOPs. Escalate issues to the QA Manager as appropriate
- Lead site's quality initiatives and support quality continuous improvement programmes
- Communicate with the QA manager on a regular basis on QC status
- Provide motivational and effective leadership for team members
- Organize training of QC team in accordance with GLP and SOPs
- Monitor Factory QA organization performance and provide regular updates to the QA manager
- Responsible for direct supervision of the following activities
- Compliance of GLP and SOPs. Escalate issues to the QA Manager as appropriate
- Ability to provide key input into site management decision
- Building capability in team
- Drive accountability within the team
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Industrial Engineering with 4 years experience in Printing Industry (offest /Gravure/Flexo
- Have experience to supervisory Quality control processes from incoming, inprocess and outgoing above 5 crew members
- Knowledge in Quality Assurance & Quality Control activities based on ISO requirements
- Knowledge in printing quality both in processes and physical laboratory will be an advantage
- Have capability to manage internal and external report
- Have good personality and able to make an approach to all level
- Computer literacy include quality data processing and analysis
