About you:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Finance, Business Administration).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, field collections, or a related field within the financial services industry.
- Proven experience in managing and leading field teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate collection data.
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, data analysis software).
