Position: QS Supervisor

About The Role

For this role, the aim is to establish a Vendor Management system with SOPs to manage vendor audits, classification, QAA, and development so that RM/PM vendors and suppliers meet quality and HSE standards.

What You Will Do

• Create SOPs for Vendor Management to comply with the latest regulations.
• Develop audit schedules according to time lines and monitor CAPA implementation.
• Evaluate vendor performance and qualifications and complete QAA documents and other supporting documents.
• Complete vendor-related quality documents to comply with the latest regulations and arrange coordination and self-inspection schedules between sections in Plant-Deltamas.
• Follow up corrective actions and implement best practice programs from PT Saka Farma Laboratories (5R & Improvement).
• Ensure HSE activities have been implemented in the work area.

What You Will Need

• Pharmacist
• Have relevant experience minimum 1 years in the field of pharmaceutical / similar industry production.
• Understand CPOB and always willing to learn the latest regulations
• Understand statistical and Tableau system
• Possess good communication, good leadership skill, proactive, and agile.
