  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Excellent computer skills with MS Office and familiarity with Google Suites.
  • Working experience min.2 years as QA content moderation/QA call center or QA email digital (Live chat)
  • Must have experience for min. 2 years working in the BPO, e-commerce, or Contact Center industry (mandatory)
  • Ability to communicate in English both written and verbal. English(intermediate)
  • Have the problem-solving capability, responsible for work
