Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting surprise checks and implementing surveillance systems
  • Monitoring TBO and Covenant
  • Reviewing credit documents after approval (before contract signing, during contract signing, and post-signing/disbursement)
  • Performing both on-site and off-site inspections
  • Coordinating with other departments such as Compliance, Audit, System & Procedure, Credit Risk, Credit Operations, etc
  • Handling reporting, administration, and filing tasks
  • Reviewing and providing recommendations on process flows
  • Other tasks as instructed by supervisors

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit QA, Credit Analyst, or Credit Reviewer roles
  • Strong understanding of credit processes and risk management
  • Proficient in document review and analysis
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills for inter-departmental collaboration
  • Ability to perform on-site and off-site inspections effectively
  • Strong administrative and reporting capabilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide process improvement recommendations

Bonus Points:


  • Fluency in English
  • Possession of a BSMR certification
