If you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major
  • Proficient in English language
  • Possesses good communication skill in regards to good service
  • Able to conduct deep and proper research and analysis
  • Detail oriented and meticulous
  • Possesses a strict, honest, fair, responsible, and critical thinking
  • Able to understand the company's quality standard, product, and company policy
  • Able to identify and solve issues

And you are ready to:

  • Responsible to monitor and ensure the service that has been given by the call center agents have fulfilled the company's proposed standards
  • Compile a surveillance report from overseeing the call center agent's work
  • Analyze quality check's data and take necessary action to manage the concurrent service issues
  • Develop and implement training programs for the call center team members
  • Keep the service quality up to standard
  • Aid the call center agents understand the company's standard quality, master the product and company policy
