This role is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling, evaluating, and coordinating the implementation of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) compliance including Quality Assurance, Quality Management System and Compliance, 3rd Party Management as per applicable regulations and policies in GDP standards and ISO management system for the regional business activities (distribution company).
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for implementation of quality aspects for Good Distribution Practice, handling of product return and product recall, deviation management, change control management and supporting regulatory compliance assessments.
Responsible for identifying, controlling, filling documents and quality records in line with requirements of GDP and ISO, and to provide quality documents that apply to business unit.
Supports customer account management by driving customer delight with satisfactory complaint handling and quality servicing.
Pro-active service, tactical and tangible communication.
Creating added value for customers and improve interface with customers.
Fostering relationship and partnership with customers; fueling business growth and sustaining stability.
Function as a backup for the responsible pharmacist for Cara Distribusi Obat yang Baik /Good Distribution Practice.
Ensure products are stored (i.e. temperature, relative humidity etc.) and distributed according to requirements.
Conduct routine visit to the warehouse location to ensure that warehouse activity (such as inbound and outbound) performed in accordance to applied requirements.
Key requirements:
A minimum of 2 years as a QA/Production/Supply chain professional preferably in the Pharma/FMCG/Chemical industry.
Pharmacist with active license (STRA : Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker).
Good knowledge of Good Distribution Practice and Good Manufacturing Practice.
Skillful in operating MS Office and Outlook.
