Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating product development both internally and externally in the NPD process for Local OEMs and Export.
  • Conduct plans that comply with quality standards.
  • Develop and implement established quality standards.
  • Supervise, analyze and conduct trials on sample products following standards before the production process.
  • Direct and provide instructions for production processes.
  • Take actions to resolve quality problems.
  • Carrying out documentation and compiling reports related to the results of quality trial monitoring products.
  • Develop flow production process and develop related training programs quality management.
  • Analyze and respond to consumer complaints.
  • Update documents related to quality management to remain relevant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree of Food Technology/Biology/Chemical.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related industries.
  • Mastering quality and food safety standards.
  • Having good English skills both oral and written.
  • Having Mandarin skill is a plus.
  • Having Critical and Analytical Thinking.
  • Willing to be placed in Green.
