Quality Assurance (QA)

Job Duties:

• Responsible for the inspection products as well as purchased parts and fabricated/manufactured parts.

To perform quality activities to assist Quality management, quality engineers, and technician with product assurance inventory and locations.

• Utilize a variety of inspection tools and improvises inspection measuring devices as needed to ensure parts and materials meet the drawing requirements.

Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the products and the environment through training and work instructions.

• Ensure all quality data is captured.

Analyse the root causes and implement corrective actions for processes or parts that have concerns.

• Responsible for organizing and managing the activities of receiving and outgoing quality functions.

Maintain a good working condition and cleanliness of inspection area.

• Preparation of QA reports.

• Requirement:

At least SPM for Malaysian with technical certificate preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team in a dynamic environment.

• Effective administration, communication and reporting skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
