Primary Job Role :
The Quality Assurance Staff is responsible for performing quality checks on the work of the Desk Collection, Credit Analyst, and Customer Service departments to ensure that it meets the established standards and regulations. They work closely with the Quality Assurance Leader to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
Job Description :
- Conduct quality checks on the work of Desk Collection, Credit Analyst, and Customer Service departments
- Identify and document quality issues and report them to the Quality Assurance Leader
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
- Develop and maintain quality assurance metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular feedback to department leaders on quality assurance results and recommendations for improvement
- Have knowledge in sample scoring, familiar with quality attribute scorecard, case analysis, excel, communicate effectively, detail and target oriented.
Job Qualifications :
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Preferable Male, Good in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or similar role
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Key Performance Indicators :
- Percentage of quality checks performed within established timeframes
- Percentage of work that meets established quality standards
- Number of quality issues identified and reported
- Percentage of recommended improvements implemented by departments
