Kualifikasi:
- Min Bachelor's Degree in Industrial / Chemistry Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
- Min 3 years have Experience as QC Manager / Head of QC in food industry.
- Have knowledge microbiology analyst, analytical chemistry.
- Have an understanding related to food quality and safety (HACCP, Halal, ISO 22000, FSSC)
- Have certified FSSC, ISO 22000, Halal and HACCP.
- Have a good analytical thinking, communication skills, leadership and team work.
Tanggung Jawab:
- Make an annual budget (MPP, CAPEX, FOH).
- Quality Maintenance in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) : ensuring that quality is integrated into the maintenance processes to prevent defects and maintain high production standards.
- Managing and controlling of standard quality for raw materials, packaging materials, in process control, and finished product in according to the targets.
- Managing and controlling of tasks in the Analytical Laboratory Chemistry, and Microbiology according to the Food industry standards.
- Responsible for Implementing and maintaining systems like ISO 22000, HACCP, Food Safety and Halal guarantee system.
- Risk Assessment: Identifying and mitigating potential hazards in the food production process.
- Customer Complaint Handling: Investigating and resolving customer complaints related to product quality.
