Monitor and control the quality management system which includes the quality control system and product safety, so that the products produced are in accordance with the company's quality standards.
Lead, control and evaluate the implementation of the quality standard system consistently
Ensure all QC procedures in the production process
Understand the product quality standard system
Assessing the effectiveness of Quality Control performance
Ensure and prepare control reports
Make reports and analyzes related to reject, waste staging, and outbound data.
Supervise the QC Area stationed at each area.
Provide in-depth analysis related to complaints from customers, waste, and rejects from suppliers.
Ensure the hub (SMM, Plant, Sourcing, DC) is in good CPIB/GMP
Requirements
Minimum graduated from Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring in Food Science/ Nutrition/ Fisheries/ Animal Husbandry/ Biology/Chemistry with at least 3 years of experience as a Quality Control in FMCG
