New Life Bali, a real estate and development company based in Bali, is looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor (QS).
JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
- Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for property development projects
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for new projects
- Manage and track project expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgets
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate cost management
- Evaluate tenders, negotiate contracts, and oversee payment processes
- Perform risk assessments related to cost and budget management
- Monitor construction progress to ensure projects stay within budget and timeline
- Prepare detailed reports on project costs, cash flows, and forecasts
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in property development, construction, or real estate (minimum 1-3 years)
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and tendering processes
- Comprehensive knowledge of building materials, construction specifications, and industry standards
- Proficient in using cost management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with local building regulations and construction standards
