Position Overview
RecruitGo is in search of a
Quantity Surveyor who will be working with our client based in Indonesia. Our client is an international development company committed to realizing the most progressive, innovative, and ambitious projects in the development sphere, is inviting ambitious and goal-oriented professionals with a passion for excellence to join its team
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and archive project documentation.
Review and approve documentation from contractors (contracts, work completion certificates, invoices, etc.).- Ensure documentation complies with established standards and requirements.
Monitor the execution of construction work according to approved estimates and budget.
- Monitor and report on the progress of construction plans and schedules.
Prepare and control estimate documentation.- Assess the cost of construction work and materials.
Analyze and forecast costs at various stages of the project.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
Monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations by contractors.
Qualifications:- Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
Professional certification in Quantity Surveying is an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Experience with large construction projects is an advantage.- Excellent knowledge of construction technologies, norms, and standards.
Proficiency in project calculation and management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, BIM).
- Knowledge of cost estimation methods and principles.
Experience working with the tender documentation.- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documentation.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of document management processes and skills in handling documentation.
Proficiency in English is sufficient for working with documentation and communicating with international contractors.- Native proficiency in Indonesian and living in Bali Indonesia
